Neither smoking or vaping is allowed in our locations or on the decks (front or back). All smoking and vaping is restricted to designated areas

Due to HOA restrictions, pets are NOT allowed in our properties.

Bath and hand towels are hung ready for your use. There are starter toilet paper and paper towels. If your stay will be more than a few days, please consider purchasing additional supplies.

The kitchens are fully stocked with all typical cooking utensils, pots and pans. All food, drinks, and seasonings are the responsibility of the client.

WiFi is available in each unit. Grills are available on a first come basis on the grounds.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

These may be considered if you book less than 10-days prior to arrival.

We truly want every guest to have a wonderful, stress-free stay, and we do everything we can to make that happen. However, some circumstances—such as weather conditions or other unexpected events—are beyond our control.

For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds for natural disasters or other major events outside of our control. To help protect your travel investment and give you peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance. If plans change due to a covered event, trip insurance can often reimburse you for any non-refundable portion of your stay, including cancellations within 60 days of arrival or early departures, depending on the policy you choose.

Early check-in or late check-out is by prior arrangement only. This is typically only available during off-peak seasons.

Walgreens - 2.6 miles

SDC (as the locals call it) is only 1.5 miles away. You are close enough to hear the train whistles from our deck! Parking is FREE at SDC and the FREE tram into the park is the 1st ride of the day.

The Indian Point Marina and public launch ramp is 5 miles down Indian Point road (just past SDC). Be sure to stay in the left lane as you turn onto Indian Point to avoid SDC traffic.

Didn't bring the boat or poles? This is a full service marina with great boat and equipment rentals.
